President's Award - Employer Of The Year

Employers that run successful businesses, offer great customer experiences, and foster their staff are the ones that excel. The Employer of the Year award recognises and celebrates such people. These are the ones that embrace, promote, and value sound business practices, high customer satisfaction levels, and create great teams. The Employer of the Year can be a business or an individual. An employee may nominate the business or business owner. Alternatively, the business owner can nominate themselves for this award. Applicants can apply for a maximum of two separate award categories per member business.

Provide an overview of the business. This can include establishment date, specialisations, and number of employees (150 words or less). The business overview does not attract a score, but helps the judge/s learn more about your business and its operations.
Different things matter to different people. We have included some key elements that are regularly identified by the market as the key contributors to an outstanding employer brand to include in your submission: Leave policy, communication, business culture, leadership style, work/life balance, career progression, workplace environment, incentives and recognition, training and development, team dynamic and engagement, values – social and environmental.
